For the past decade, Clarence and his family have proudly called Calgary-South East home. As a devoted husband, father, and community advocate, he has built his family in this vibrant community while guiding his children as they grow, study, and establish lifelong friendships. Over the years, he has also witnessed the remarkable growth and development of communities across Calgary-South East, gaining firsthand insight into both the opportunities they offer and the challenges residents face. These experiences have deepened his connection to the area and strengthened his commitment to building a stronger, more prosperous future for every family in Calgary-South East.

About Clarence
Delighted to Call Calgary-South East Home
Clarence Molina and his family have proudly called Calgary's South East home for a decade after immigrating from the Philippines. His children have grown, studied, and built lasting friendships in the community.
A dedicated public servant with over a decade of experience in law, government, and community advocacy, Clarence currently serves as a Constituency Manager for a MLA's Constituency Office, helping residents resolve issues and access the support they need. He is also the current Secretary of the UCP Calgary-East Constituency Association, where he has served for several years as a member of the Board of Directors.
His role as a Constituency Manager is strengthened by a distinguished background in legal and public service work. Having served as a Legal Specialist for a general insurance corporation, Assistant to Legal Counsel for the Philippine Commission on the Visiting Forces Agreement, and Paralegal at a law firm, he has developed extensive expertise in advocacy, critical problem-solving, and serving the public interest.
Clarence holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, both taken from the Philippines, and a Legal Assistant Diploma from ABM College Calgary, graduating as Valedictorian.
In recognition of his volunteer work and community contributions, he was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee Medal in 2022.

A Life Shaped by Hard Work, Faith, and Service
Clarence came from humble beginnings, having been born and raised on a small island in the northern Philippines with a population of approximately 800 people. In a community where farming and fishing were the primary sources of livelihood, he learned from an early age the values of hard work, personal responsibility, perseverance, and self-reliance. Upon moving to the urban setting where he pursue education, Clarence helped managed his mother's small business at the early age of 15. These formative experiences shaped his belief that success is earned through dedication, discipline, and determination.
Growing up in a close-knit community also instilled in him a deep appreciation for family, faith, community service, and respect for others, values that continue to guide his personal and professional life. A strong believer in conservative principles, Clarence values individual initiative, fiscal responsibility, and the importance of building strong families and communities. He also recognizes the transformative power of education as a pathway to opportunity, upward mobility, and a better future for individuals and future generations.
His journey from a small rural island community to becoming an active leader in public service reflects his commitment to hard work, community involvement, and helping others achieve their full potential.
